1. Overview

These terms govern your use of siderealstudio.com and any purchases made through the site. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Each star map is a custom product generated from real astronomical data for the specific date, time, and location you provide. Because every print is made to order, slight variations in color and framing are normal.

3. Proof Approval

Before printing, we send digital proofs to the email address on file. You must approve your proof before production begins. Once approved, the design is considered final.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and include shipping. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Prints are produced and shipped by our print partner Gelato from the facility nearest to your shipping address. Typical delivery is 7-14 business days after proof approval, depending on destination.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because each print is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your print arrives damaged or materially different from the approved proof, contact us within 14 days and we will reprint or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The designs, code, and content on this site are owned by Sidereal Studio. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to display your purchased print.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sidereal Studio's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
